The charming historical architecture made our stay memorable, and the staff's warm welcome created a homey atmosphere. However, the chaotic breakfast seating left much to be desired.

We loved relaxing in the cozy lounge area after a long day of sightseeing and enjoying breakfast in the lovely garden. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and felt like a little luxury retreat, although I could've used an iron for my clothes. Definitely check out the breakfast options, but a few more hot choices would’ve been nice! 😊

The location was perfect for our family! Just a quick walk from the Santa Lucia train station, it gave us easy access to all of Venice. The enclosed outdoor area was a hit with our kids, allowing them to play while we enjoyed breakfast.
In my wife’s opinion, the stairs were a challenge with two young children. We wish there were more family-friendly elevators accessible during our stay.

would return there
The family room was amazing with a loft space featuring two huge double beds and a "sky view" window on the ceiling. Great water pressure and hot water in the private bathroom. The hotel's location is spot on, just a couple of mins from the train station and nearby restaurants. Breakfast spread was fresh with pastries, fruits, and eggs. Staff helped with luggage since there’s no elevator.

Perfect spot near the station!
This place is super close to the train station and the breakfast was a total highlight, seriously the best we had! The staff were super friendly and helped with our luggage all day. Our room was clean, but kinda dated. Just wish the AC was a bit better. Overall, a nice cozy stay!

The hotel has a charming atmosphere and friendly staff, but the room lacked air conditioning and proper shower facilities, making it challenging for comfort. Breakfast was decent, but there was room for improvement. Location was very convenient, just a short walk from the train station.

The nearby restaurants were a culinary treasure trove, especially Trattoria Povoledo and the heavenly pastries at Pasticceria dal Mas! The staff was warm and helpful, making sure our stay was as sweet as the gelato we indulged in. Plus, the charming history of the building added a unique flair that made us feel connected to the city.
However, I had a remarkably baffling experience at breakfast. We barely started eating when we were told to leave instead of being allowed to finish! The chaos continued on day two when we struggled to find a seat among the crowd, and the yogurt was unrefrigerated—yikes! Not the delicious start to our day we expected.

A charming former church with a fantastic location near the train station. We loved the spacious room and the lovely courtyard—perfect for unwinding after our Venetian adventures!
However, beware of the stairs! My legs are still in recovery from the workout they got climbing up and down.
